Welcome Wagon / Diet tips

I have not had a drink in about 3 weeks. By this I mean fruit juices, fizzy drinks or any kind of liquid that is not water.

How do I feel? Better than ever.

Wanna lose weight or fat in general. Get rid of those from your diet. A glass of orange juice usually contains about 7 whole oranges. When was the last time you sat down and ate 7 oranges?

Drink water and eat real fruit.

Diet & Nutrition / What did you eat today? Let's inspire each other :)

In the morning I eat 2 eggs lightly fried. But this is after I go to the gym and treadmill early on an empty stomach to get my body to burn fat as calories.

I then drink a proteins shake.

In the afternoon I eat a mix of Veg.
Broccoli, Mix Colour Peppers, mushrooms, peas (little oil) and then diced chicken(I buy a whole cooked chicken from Waitrose £6.50 and eat it over 4 or 5 days) 


In the evening I have the same but with some carbs. About 150g of sweet potato.

Sometimes I add cabbage to my veg too.

Atm I have not touched soda or soft drinks in about 3 weeks. 

I've been maintaining weight and cutting down fat %

Workouts and Programs / Anyone working on abbs?

Working on my abs now. Do it every other day and not everyday. 2 weeks and my abs are getting stronger. 

If I keep at it, in 3 months I should be ripped!!!
