Motivation & Support / Feeling guilty for taking a rest day?

You wouldn't believe what rest could do to improving your results. When I first started working out with my brother we worked out everyday. For about 4 months. However we seen very belittle results we did all kinds of workouts an ate right. It wasn't till I got serious in a relationship an cut out a couple days out of the week just for her an family was when I actually notices great gains! Since then I tell everyone to not over work out an its ok to take rest days!

Its completely normal! Your at the average age where girls start loosing some of there baby fat. Hince why your face looks less chubby an Ur going into smaller clothing cuase of that fat is just naturally going away.

Welcome Wagon / Favorite time to work out?

I have work an school so usually I work out in the eveninig. I actually prefer to work out in the morning. You have that cool morning mist an energetic after sleeping. I also feel more energized thought the day. But what do you guys think? I herd people say they like working out about 12 am that's crazy but any reason for this?

I prefer to workout at night. I have a hard time getting out of bed any earlier then I have too lol

I feel you on this one! The best thing to do with this is to have it as a reward. Say like every other day or like on a Friday after following a good diet an working out. Their is nothing better then having a good reward after a week of kicking ass!I do the same thing with food once out of the month I shovel pounds of food lol !

Motivation & Support / NEED INSPIRATION

I think the best way to start off an get motivated. Is to do things you like to do. Your just beginning so experiment with deferent excirsizes an see if it works for you. Working out , loosing weight, or gaining it shouldn't be a chore but something you enjoy.

Body Building / Build muscle in arm's

Just remember besides your basic diet that Ur triceps are actually the biggest portion of your arm. So work thos big boys our some more! Your triceps are like the name suggest consist of three muscles so make sure in your workouts to target all three. An on your biceps as u guessed are made up of two muscles. So working them out do a variety of curls weather with cable or bumbbells. Like wide grip, short grip, preacher curls ect..

Weight Loss / Any tips for a noob?

A good portion of loosing or gaining muscle is what you eat. I would do some research figure out about how many calories u need to take a day. An what to eat. Tell you bthe truth plain whit rice would be best loosing whight .

Motivation & Support / New to this.

What really helped motivate me an still does is to set realistic goals. If I want to loose or gain whight I would set a goal an a time period. I also started watching a lot of videos an magazines! You really have to weed out the stuff that's just there to make money an the stuff that actually work!

Motivation & Support / Newbie..have questions

1. The best way to help lose whight with bad knees is to simply keep it easy but steady. You can go on the treadmill or out for a walk. Your still burning calories an taking it easy on Ur knees. It might even help loosen them up some! Also u can get knee brace at Walmart for 6 dollers they reallllllllly help when walking or doing squats.
2. Coccoo butter is your best friend with stretch marks. They don't go away instintally but you can use it for about 3 months an ull be surprised.
3. Their is a lot you can do for a diet but if your like me you give in to temptation. You start bye if u get meat get it grilled. That'll cut a lot of fat an grease out. I personally worry about what the product is an what it does for my body. Rather then calorie intake. I also love rice!
