Welcome Wagon / 30 day plank challenge

I have started this about a million times.. I really need some advice on staying on the challenge. I'm not motivated as much. Any advice?

It's definitely tough, but if you make it part of your daily routine (doing at the same time each day) it makes it easier. Do it during commercials on the tv is an easy way.

you can do it! I have been having some difficulty too, doing the days in a row-just doesn't always happen with my work schedule. Just stick with it! This forum helps too, kind of built in accountability to report it here or something, even if noone is keeping track =) Yesterday I did 1-minute each, randomly through the day to get it all in, that makes it pretty doable. =)

You Are Not Alone. I think you will find many of us here have restarted. You started this challenge for a reason, try to keep that in mind every day. You're restarting, not giving up. You deserve a lot of credit for that. Take a moment to congratulate yourself. Keep at it, keep checking in, you're doing just fine!

Sure thing girl! I have been on my new program at the gym. I plan on eating clean for the whole month of April. I wrote my goals in my notebook as a reminder and motivation. My plan is to do cardio every m/w/f and my gym program every t/th/s and rest every sunday. I want to see results by the end of April so that I can proudly wear a swimsuit by the beach when we go out on my birthday! I've already lost an inch on my hips and waist. Sad thing though is that my butt also...

Well my goals have been on and off.. I just wanna go back to working out ans look good in a 2 piece for summer! I don't have a problem with eating healthy. My problems is doing the workouts, I have no motivation whatsoever and when I do.. its gone quick!

Motivation & Support / Pain!

So yesterday I did the thankful thighs and I ran 1.3miles.. Call it crazy but I'm hurting like crazy right now than I was when I woke up this morning. So I kinda skipped workout today, is that bad? And should I miss somedays or is that not a good idea? Advice or tips are very welcome! 😊

Try eating a salad a day! Or even more if you want. Loose the soda.. if you cant completely then just drop the colored soda.. lots of water. And exercise!! It works! You can also download the app my fitness pal it helps you see how much you're eating! GoodLuck!

Yeah I mean im good at eating fruits & salads but I just randomly want a bag of chips or soda n ill try not to but I end up getting one. I know I can loose the soda :) thanks for your response !

You can treat yourself you know every 3 days or 4 days get a bag of chips or an ice cream.. It's good for you.

Women's Locker Room / Anyone doing Zumba

I love doing zumba... Even just for the fun of it. There's this video on YouTube, it isn't zumba but then again it kinda is. But its a 6 week's challenge. You should.try it out! I'm gonna try it out today!

I had started to do a workout daily but after a while it bored me and I lost motivation in working out again. And I know other ppl have the same problem. We all need motivation, someone to push us and keep us going. We all need that advice, those tips, those "good jobs" lol 😊I need a workout buddy, any takers?
