Welcome Wagon / Gnc , weight gainer shakes ?

.. I'm looking for something that will be best to help me gain weight, I'm going to go to gnc this week to see what they have .. Any suggestions on the best ones ? Im 21 and weigh 120 I only wanna gain about -10-15 pounds but muscle too !

Is it normal for your muscles in your stomach to hurt from working out ? If so how long does it last ?

Welcome Wagon / Fast metabolism ?!

I'm 21 and weigh 120 I would love to gain 10 pounds but I find it impossible because I have such a fast metabolism . Any suggestions/ideas on what I can do ?

I eat so much and never put on weight I'm trying to do it with muscle but had to stop cause my doc said that my Matabolism was dangerously high and I had to take a special pill but trust me the cure was worse than the constant hunger so now I'm back to getting muscles lol

I try and do something 6 days a week. Usually 3 or 4 heavy sessions then a couple of casual ones to keep muscles supple

I've been tryna gain weight forever now .. And suggestions on what I can do to gain Atleast 10 pounds without taking pills etc ?

Calorie intake! You have to eat to put on weight. Eat lean meats. Chicken and fish if you like it. Tuna is very inexpensive but very good for you. Make sure you hit the weights too. Work your way up to be stronger.
