Workouts and Programs / Did I injure myself?

I know what I did was kind of silly, but I did three sets of single leg tippy toes to failure and now, 3 days after the workout, I can't really stand on my left foot or walk properly. I experience a lot of pain whenever I try to put my heels down. The only way I can walk is tiptoeing. Did I hurt myself, or is it just delayed onset muscle soreness?

I guess you just put too much pressure on your foot.. So take rest! Am not a physio sorry I am wrong but that's my point of view.. Anyways whenever you do workouts just take it slow first and gradually increase your level step by step..Good luck!!! :)

I can't believe i just did a 4 minute walk sit, rested for 2 minites and did another 2:15! If i can do it, you could have pushed for more!(^_-)

Workouts and Programs / My favorite thigh workout!

Quick And Painful (Legs) - KC
Like the name says, the workout is really quick but really painful too. It's a lot harder than you think. I was hardly able to walk after finishing it, with my wart pumping and thighs shaking and burning. I plan to do this once a day next month. Anybody wants to try it out?;)

Challenges / June Abs Challenge!

Okay...just finished another round of the challenge, and feeling the stress in the abs even when I'm not moving. It's such a fascinating feeling. Looking forward to suddenly realizing how much exercise I've done tomorrow morning when trying to get up and feeling my abs burning!!!:) isn't that exciting. Gonna continue tomorrow with sore abs...

Challenges / June Abs Challenge!

Surprised to find not so much pain in my abs when I woke up, so I decided to double the workload today to see how it goes. Just did 1 round of the challenge and am sweating and breathing heavily:) haha I love that feeling of near exhaustion after an intense workout.

Challenges / June Abs Challenge!

So...I've just decided to lose that belly fat and build my abs, so I've created this challenge for anyone who with the same goal to encourage each other and get motivation. It will hurt, but think of the abs we'll all have in place of the fat on June 30!
Rules:
50 bicycle crunches, 50 floor wipers, 50 vertical leg crunches and 50 reverse crunches per day in the month of June! 1 day of rest is allowed each week.
Anyone ready for the challenge?

Hodge-Podge / Any tips to reduce jet lags?

I'm actually in America now. I only had jet lags for two days. I forced myself to stay awake during the day though I haven't slept for 52 hrs though. Anyway, I'm fine now!

Hodge-Podge / Any tips to reduce jet lags?

I will be flying from Shanghai to New York soon. The time difference is twelve hours. I have to take classes the second day I arrive and I have to get rid of jet lags on the plane. My flight is 11:30 in Beijing time to 16:25 in New York.
Any tips to get rid of jet lags? Preferably on the plane.

Jet lag is from lower oxygen levels. Drink lots of water during your flight.

Along with keeping hydrated, chew gum to prevent your ears from getting blocked due to the air pressure. Safe travels :)

Women's Locker Room / I want to do the splits! I can endure any pain

I want to do splits, maybe further than 180 degrees, probably 210 or more. I am thirteen and I can barely do the three most basic splits. Does anyone know how to be more flexible really fast?
By the way, I am all alone. No partners. Probably can't find one here as I'm in a small city in China :-)
All I can use is furnitures and cushions and quilts. I can endure great pains.

Men love big boobs! If you can't afford bras I think there's something sold on the Internet which lengthens your bra's back part and makes it bigger. Much cheaper than a new bra
