I don't know how hard you are working out but I read somewhere that after 4 wweks you will feel the change,ย  6-8 weeks otherd will notice and at 12 weeks you will notice. ๐Ÿ‘

There are workouts to increase and lift your breast. And they work.๐Ÿ˜‰ You can be slim with baggy clothes and still have boobs. When the boobs stay tbey baggy clothed don't bother you.ย

Motivation & Support / Want to start up again after surgery

I had an emergency appendectomy almost 2 weeks ago. I'm still very tired at times. The pain comes and goes but it's always tolerable. The Dr. says take it slow to start back up on exercise. I really want to get back into the swing of things any suggestions?

I did do a beginners run yesterday. It was great.ย  Although that last min of the jog was tuff. I started with the 4min get off couch work out.

I have actually lost 15 pounds by changing up my diet a bit. I don't really want to lose too much more, I have 9 pounds to go to get to the weight I was at 22. As long as I tone up and get healthy. Weight is just a number to me. I. Really out of shape and hate that I get tired so fast when I play with many boys.

Ok thats underdstandable. I try not to think nunbers as well, put i am thinking between 50- 60. I wanna look certain way i know that for sure
