Challenges / Challenge: Improve your flexibility and post-workout recovery

Usually I do a 10 minute stretch before and after a work out. This one looks pretty good so I'll definatly try it out 😺

Hodge-Podge / Martial arts

Krab maga, Brazilian jujitsu, wrestling, and mma. Tried Kali but didn't enjoy it much. Took these classes for 5 months and starting back up in September when they start again!😺

20 Somethings / What's your exact age,height and goal weight?

18 years old, 132lbs (started working out at 137lbs), my goal weight is 125 😄

Welcome Wagon / Any rugby players?

A great way for you to lose weight and get in shape to play back is to run. As you already know backs need speed and endurance so by running you're working on all three things. Also eating healthy obviously, a trick I learned is that you drink a glass of water before your meal and then after so you feel more full. Hopefully this helped 😊

Women's Locker Room / Measurements question.

It's crazy but before my period I get super bloated and I've gained 7 pounds before. During my period it slowly goes down but then a few days after it I go back to my regular weight. Everyone's different but for me I'd measure myself a few days after my period is over.
