Motivation & Support / Running help

Hi guys! I work out and eat healthy and I'm in shape, but I'm also asthmatic. I love running, but I find it difficult to maintain a running pace for more than half a mile. It's frustrating because I have friends who have never exerised a day in their life and can still run for a longer period of time then me. Is there any way I can build up my endurence? I just dont want my asthma to hold me back...

Try yoga a few times a week, more important try exercise that focus on deep focused breathing for twenty minutes

Diet & Nutrition / Going Vegan :)

I'm vegan! It's really not hard at all. And I take in more vitamins and nutrients then all of my friends combined because of all the vegtables so dont worry about that.

Diet & Nutrition / Always Hungry

I just finished watching a documentary called Hungry For Change (which I definitely recommend) and in it they described how a person could eat way more then they need calorie wise, but still be starving on a nutritional level, causing them to feel hungry. This might be what is causing your constant hunger. You could try eating green vegetables and other healthy, nutrient-rich

Suggestions & Ideas / Counting calories! Is it really worth it??

It's definitely worth it because with out it you might end up eating way over 1200. Obviously cutting beer would be the best option, but you could also try planning out your meal plans for the day and save room for the extra calories in beer. Also you can try exercising more to get rid of some calories.
