Motivation & Support / Rubber

worked out for almost an hour yesterday (logged 6800steps(a personal best)) but my legs and thighs feel like rubber today. Didn't stop me from getting in almost 5000steps before noon (booyah ๐Ÿ’ช) I want to keep up the momentum but am unsure if I should workout today or make today a rest day. Being that I'm just getting back into fitness I figure most days I'm going to be hurting somewhere, so sore muscles shouldnt be a deciding factor should they?

I guess today could be an arms day but how do I get in my cardio?

Motivation & Support / 200 & OVER it

Any one else feel betrayed by their body when you're already sore from carrying around so much extra weight or you're trying to complete a yoga sesh only to discover your belly is in the way?

Motivation & Support / Who wants to get out of the 200s?

Did about an hour of exersice today. its a bit of a bummer when u gotta get in shape to get in shape๐Ÿ’จ,
(my belly felt like it was in the way the entire time know what i mean?) But, Gotta start somewhere....I think my first mini goal will be to lose 10-15lbs by new year๐ŸŽ‰.
That seems reasonable, right?

eat healthy, exercise, and drink plenty of water. you can do it. โ™ฅ๏ธ

I had a goal to lose at least 5 for the entire year! Instead I gained 7 ๐Ÿ˜ซ
