Sports Injuries & Prevention / Off ice training

Lunges lunges squats squats jumps jumps and lots of it.  All different variants.  When you can add moderate weight high rep in.  Core and abs every other day.  Balance routines daily, single leg ones are prefered. Stretching everyday pre and post workouts and even if you dont work out stretch

Motivation & Support / What motivates you?

Its weird really,  at first you try to rationalize not doing a routine then you accept it as not a chore but something good for you but then the switch flips and you crave the feeling and satisfaction.  Press on through it and it becomes more of a want too rather than a have too.  Good luck

Its a way of tracking how much effort you exerted for a given month and overall.  Nothing more,  some of us will us it to motivate each other

Nah but honestly there are tons of great workouts you can access...just browse through and find what you like

Welcome Wagon / Points?

Its just a way to track how much you have done each month and overall.  No prizes or special features.  It is a good way to challenge each other to keep going each day if you so choose to engage in those mini challenges with your followers.  Really means nothing in the end.  I push myself to do better each month using these as a benchmark. Points are awarded for time spent and energy exerted during each excercise type.  If you nothing but yoga smaller points if you do high intensity stuff more points awarded.

Try my MPS Laying Low Day...its a little on the intense towards the end but not bad...doesnt feel like much at first but it sneaks up on ya

My initial comment has nothing to do with the intent its the way its said...you dont need to be called lazy or asses or referencing the f words in the open forum.  If you want to motivate fine just do it in a respectible manner and that why the inmature wanna be comment.  So if im not clear enough - be respectfull of all users here or go play somewhere else

Motivation & Support / Unable to say no.

A little (once in while) indulgence isnt going to do you in unless it is excessive.  Meaning all time binging but i usually try to drink a bottle of water with maybe a sweetner such as crystal light or a hot cup of gteen tea does me wonders for cravings

When there's something I really want I tell myself, 'I can eat that if I want to. No one will stop me, but do I really want to eat that?' If I don't tell myself that I can't have something and it's my choice it's usually easier for me to pass up. For some reason as soon as I feel like I'm depriving myself of something it makes me want it that much more, but when I stop and think about it, it's not really what I want. Hope that helps!

Weight Loss / Is it possible to get a models gap???

Honestly from a guys (mine) position here:  it doesnt look good and is not attractive.  Muscular well defined legs are the bomb not skinny anorexic looking ones...just my opinion only.  Good luck

I totally agree...i think there are two problems really. 1 inmature people who think they are grown up 2 why in the heck are 10 11 12 13 year olds on here anyway.  Im all for fitness for everyone but these kids that weigh 100 lbs soaking weight who think they are overweight is disturbing.  I personally would like to see better control but hey its not my app.

Actually there are a lot of factors today that influence children to believe there "too fat" and sadly parents have very little control on what influences them outside of home.

Today's society is constantly telling teenagers they are too fat, not attractive enough...and unfortunately its coming from their parents too. I was a cheerleader and a soccer player all my life and when I was 12 my mom put me on weight watchers bc I was fat!!!! The other day she saw some pics and apologized bc she saw that I never was fat! Gotta love society lol.

Im 13 and i think its right what that "kids" start doing workouts from an early age becuz its so hard to get used to that when you grow up because you won't be used to all of this hard work

I'm sorry but i don't get what you mean i really like the concern but i just don't know what a birthday and age can cause harm. I'm sorry i do understand that this is a work out app not a dating sight or something just what's the harm it's just numbers with no way to contact any one thank you for the concern tho.

Because by publishing an actual birthdate along with your name anyone can find all sorts of information included your adress, school job. Perfect opportunity for predators, theives etc. It is extremely easy your choice to believe or not

No you cannot create "programs" just individual workouts.  Pro gives you additional workouts and unlimited create your own workouts.

If you want to create a program simply schedule your workouts in uour calendar.  Same thing really

Personally I wouldnt waste your money on those gimmicks.  I am sure someone will say they work but i dont see it
