Help / Followers/Following

Ok so i downloaded 4.2 and 4.3 which is currently installed but still not tracking everyone.  Also the app keep closing unexpected during workouts which means i have to do it twice or even three times to get credit for it.  A bit frustrating lately.  Anyone else experiencing these symptoms?

Weight Loss / Eating!! HELP!!!

Glad your back we missed you...drink lots of water throughout the day and snack all day long.  Just pick good stuff for your snacks.  If you go long periods without food your body will actually crave more, so snacking although seems like more will actually be less.

Workouts and Programs / Thigh and tummy toning

Just remember jean size is not an indication of health in all cases.  You can be properly fit and well maintained body in size 5 versus malnourished no energy size 3.  Besides size 5 is no where near big so dont overdo, just workout eat healthy and let nature take course.  Good luck!

Yoga and meditation are great for clearing the mind and helping put your brain into ease which helps sleep.

Lying on your back Hold your knees And slowly rock up and down your back Breathing excrsises are the key thou Deeply breath in and out and count to ten before the exhale When you reach ten or forget where you are Start over After the exhale tell yourself im getting tired Im sleepy Or im ready to fall asleep Anything like this I also have sleeping disorders and this has worked for me If you want check out budhist meditations also

Health Conditions / REST DAY!

Rest days are important and some schedule them in and some dont.  Me, i just let my body say enough its time to rest.  Right or wrong it works for me.  Sometimes a day here or there other times a couple days in a row.

Its normal and shall pass.  If it too much just rest a day or so.  Do lots of stretches it really does help

Welcome Wagon / Loving the new Update!

Me too but I am having an issue now.  I have to clear the cache after each workout otherwise the app keeps closing in the middle of the next routine at random spots.  Anybody else have that issue?

I don't know, I haven't done a workout since updating and it's ma day off! Well watch it!

Lacey F if that is since dec 7 this year...wicked not good...13 lbs in 8 days is not healthy way to do it and you will likely gain it back or more.  Just my opinion 😉
