Try snacking through the day on fruits and veggies and other healthy stuff.  Once you break the habits it will be much easier on you.  Thats all I got

Motivation & Support / Good amount of time to workout?

I think alot depends on how hard and what you do but generally I feel like it is good.  Anything is better than nothing right?

Workout Program: Fit, Flex & Fierce / Kishor

Allow me to summarize what Brooke, Raquel and Rani have said in the last three post.  You have to follow along with the emots.

As we approach the christmas season and look for the north star love was sent down from the angles.  While the children played and made snowman they anxiously awaited the arrival of santa and prayed each night for lots of joyful gifts.  But one day along came a one eared monster and threatened to take it all away but to the rescue was the guardian who gave encourgement to the monster to go away otherwise the monster would get a fist in the face.  While the monster ran in fear the three gave him rasberries taunting him to never come back.

I hope this brings you up to date with our story.

Diet & Nutrition / Staying hydrated

Seems like 1500 ml during workouts is alot but i guess it depends on you.  I typically do about an hour to hour and half and drink one 20 oz which is 591 ml.

Motivation & Support / Hard To find time to workout

How about you do 15 to 30 when you get home before homework? It will give you a boost after school and stimulate your brain as well.  Just a suggestion.

Diet & Nutrition / Staying hydrated

Probably but i think it would have to be alot.  How much are you drinking in a day.  I have heard half your body weight in ounces.  So if you weigh 120 you should shoot for 60 ounces.  Dont know how true this is

Famia please just drink water and keep yourself from dehydration.  The rest isnt worth the risk in my opinion.  Your not training to fight a war where water is scarce or be on a football feild banging and battling. Unless you live in a remote village in the congo in which case you wouldnt have a smart phone to run this app i have to summize you have water readily available for consumption.  Good luck

Diet & Nutrition / Staying hydrated

I sip water during the workout with the amount being dictated by what my body is telling me.  Usually you should just know.  You can overdrink water but my understanding is it is a whole bunch however.  I have always been told (forgive me this is sort of gross) but your urine should be the color of very light tea or lemonade.  If its totally clear or dark you are out of balance.  Not real sure of this but it does seem to keep me balanced. As far as hearing and feeling water in your tummy, i personally have never heard of it so wont speculate. Hope that helps a little

Sarah dont mean to speak out of turn but if you download the sister app (I think it is Skimble sports tracker) you can log on with the same credentials and add outside activity.  Hope that helps

Motivation & Support / Rest Days

Yeah sorry Laura I miss understood your request.  For me I like to do four or five days then a day off.  I typically let my body tell me when it needs a rest day.  No real method actually
