Workouts and Programs / Spartan race anyone?

The one in UK (where I live) is in August. I am also prepping for the 5k sprint one, as I am not fit for the super one or the 20k one.
Best time run with obstacles so far is 30 min. You do the math.

You are getting weaker, because your muscles are going into fatigue. A muscle grows while you rest, not while u pump. It takes time. It doesn't just happen. Have rest days. That should do it.

Cardio. This will burn fat efficiently.
There is no workout that will target a singular part of your body. That's why when you lose weight, you can't determine where you lose it.
If someone tells you otherwise - they don't know jack sh*t what they talking about

Plenty of advice out there. The simplest one - stay away with anything that is processed, or has more than 5 ingredients in it. Eat little every 2-3 hours. Drink water. Cardio. Weights. Sleep. Repeat. Give it 2 months - you will be a new person.

Diet & Nutrition / Protein

You determine how much protein you need by your weight. For every kilogram you weigh - you need on average 1.2-1.7 grams of protein. For example, if you weight 70kg, you would need on a average no more than 80gr protein (per DAY).
Anything more than that and your body will store it as fat.
Eat veggies and go nuts, but careful with sugars, including natural once, such as those in fruit.
Most importantly - don't be affraid of hard work in the gym. Always fit at least 20min high intensity cardio (your body working on 180-190). And LIFT!

If you are shredding = high protein + high fats (natural, that the body needs - no trans)
If you are bulking = high carbs + high protein

Burn, Burn Fat!Abs BurnJump Rope ... There are many!
Short intervals, eat clean and train mean.
Change your workout routine every 4 weeks. Don't be affraid to use weights.

I do short workouts for 30 mins & i also eat clean now but i just sometimes dont know what to try to lose the weight i got.the fitnesspal but its kinda of hard to.use it

Motivation & Support / Help Staying Away From Bad.

Hi. To stay on track you need commitment and proper workout programme. The more you workout, the better you feel. You will be able to keep away from bad foods if your meals are nutritious, filling and most of all a variety of delicious goodness. 
If you like I can share with you what I eat, you can follow me and my workouts. But this obviously works for me. Everyone is different and whatever works for me, might not necessarily work for you.

I have a problem... I can see improvements in my body, but no shift in the weight whatsoever. I am eating clean as well

Watching weight is kinda pointless for this reason. Better to measure your body and take a photo. Because if I was to use my weight as an indicator I would be sad because I've gained 3kg but I'm more defined now and stronger. Muscle is heavier than fat and comes with Greater power! Just keep it and if you're looking to tone it takes a while to kick start the fire inside but when it's burning. It's Super Hot! Keep going and keep the reps high.
