Water and lots of it! I stay away from empty calories: soda, candy, cheez-it's ect. Portion control and doing things to curb my sweet tooth without polluting my bod. For intance, Asian pear instead of Oreos. l do 80/20: 80% of the time i eat healthy but to prevent a guilt filled binge 20% of the time i enjoy the "bad stuff": no-sugar added ice cream, low-fat homade apple cinnamon muffins, and even things like frosting-less homade carrot cake! Exercise: running, cardio, & light weights. Weight loss is based on 80% nutrition and 20% exercise! I've lost 5 lbs in about 2 weeks so...

2 WEEK CHECK IN :) 
It will officially be 2 weeks this coming Tuesday but I get really busy during the week so I'm checking in now I weigh 122.0 as of this morning a 3.4 lb drop from last Tuesday :) I'm 2lbs from my goal weight!!!

I'm disappointed. Hiswhole campaign is about bettering your body naturally with healthy eating and exercise its just sad to see he took a different route, but Whatevs im just glad I never spent my money on his yellow junk.

Weight Loss / Inner and outter tights tips

I always reference Fittness Magazine here ya go!

Oh and if you have leg weights lie down on your left side with your elbow, forearm, and left leg on the ground, put your right foot in front of your left knee and lift do as many reps as you can then pulse for 20-40 secs, switch sides!

Weight Loss / Detox and Cleanses... Do they work?

So I want my fat gone like now. I'm eating much healthier,probably the healthiest I've eaten since I was a little kid, and I exercise daily but I want some fat blasting help! I want to do the LBN cleanse this weekend http://www.womenshealthmag.com/files/pdfs/lbn-cleanse.pdf

The LBN cleanse was good. I did it and dropped about 4 lbs in two days. It is also one of the healthier cleanses.

A Small waist with chiseled 2-4 pack abs, toned almost muscular thighs and calves, toned arms with out bat wings, and my same cup size! A girl can dream right?! :P

Cooking / Late night snacks :)

I got this midnight snack from Fitness Magazine (the best mag eva!) they suggest: an English muffin with almond/peanut butter and a pear slice. They gave nutrition reasoning but idr it; feel free to google it!

Cooking / Cheat Days Anyone?

My bestie Grace and I are eating healthier for 2013. I wanna actually swim this summer and look good while doing it lol and she wants to be ripped (she's already tiny like 98 lbs ish- a model nuff said). Anyway one day a week or for me every 2 weeks we have a cheat day where we indulge in our "forbidden fruit" to prevent binge eating during the week; since we are sugar freaks it usually means dessert. My cheat day was today and I had 2 scoops of Blue Bell no sugar added vanilla ice cream with strawberry slices, 1/8 of a chocolate chip cookie dough Lara Bar, and cinnamon. AKA: Yummmmmmm
so what do y'all eat on your cheat days???

Underweight models do this all the time, it works but it's gross; eat dog food. I'm not kidding it makes humans gain weight fast!

Women's Locker Room / Working out during that time of the month

Just had my cycle this last week and I discovered cardio really helped me feel better! Not at first but later on also I don't exercise wearing tampons because i find that too painful. With a lot of water, a pad, and some sprints you should feel relief from typical period pains.

Diet & Nutrition / Snack attack!!!

Mara Natha Almond butter and bananas are the best; if that combo is too messy try Lara Bars (especially Lara über its not as healthy though), stretch island fruit strips, and dates are scrumptious!!! Be careful what kind of yogurt youre eating though because some of them are laden with sugar and calories.
