Just make dure your not rushing into anything. You want to make sure your healed. I gad two c-sections and two surgerys.

Welcome Wagon / Supplemental training for marathon

i am not an expert runner. i have only done 1 half marathon and abour to do ny second.but they say doing speed intervals will help with time.

that is all so true.i wanted to do something different so i started running and biking in addition to weight training.i mean i am not a fast runner but i get out there and try. now i am about to do my second half marathon and hope to do a full next year and i have also completed my first dualthalon in 3rd place in my age group and getting ready for another one right after my half in november. so i try to stay as motivated as i can.reading other accomlpishments boots me up too.

Weight Loss / Diet Pills/Sprinkles

i have even increased my intensity.you know we ourselves are our worst critics. thats why we are so hard on ourselves. :) but when i started taking them i lost weight in different places. like i could tell certain things were smaller. like my shoe size got smaller i went down a bra size my face was smaller. and more inches around my waste as well. i took them for about two months then stopped because when i stop taking them i didnt want to gain the weight back and if i decided to start taking them again they would still work. my body wouldnt get used to them.i did my research and there were good comments about them.

oxyelite works really good. when i lost a lot if weight on my own and i got stuck at a plateu i took oxyelite and they work.

Workouts and Programs / Triathlon training??

i havent done trialthalon but i have done a dualthalon.i ran and biked every other day and weight trained also.one thing that i had to focus ob was the brick training.thats going from running to biking and that hard to do.
