Remember, your muscles always need rest as well! :) you shouldn't do abs daily.

Workouts and Programs / How to get rid of love handles?

As some have said, it's all about eating healthy! I'd say 80%, so working out is all good and all, but staying away from unhealthy sugars, salts and fatty foods will have you achieving your goal. It's hard work, but worth it! Good luck!

8oz is equivalent to one serving which is 250ml. Bottle of water is 500 which would be two servings. :)

It's all about eating lots of healthy foods. High protiens, greens, plan your week ahead of time to avoid those lazy cravings as I call them! When your hungry, you'll have a healthy meal on hand! Good luck!

Motivation & Support / Anyone looking to tone up and lose around 20 lbs?

Hi, been on a fairly strict diet which I'm making a way of life for the last 4mths, lost 18lbs, now focused on muscle building and toning. Motivated by everyone on here. How are your workouts going?
