Workouts and Programs / Splits?

Hey well I'm a cheerleader so this is what I suggest haha.
You MUST warm up before streching, like running/cardio is good. Many people make the misstake and bend their backs while streching.. Don't do that haha. Then all bodies are diffrent so go search and try all stuff and see what works out best! I started streching 3-4 times a week, but then add up. Hope this was helpfull haha πŸ‘πŸ˜œπŸŽ€

Hi haha, so I'm a cheerleader.
You should warm up before streching, like running/cardio. Then you problably should try to strech about 3-4 times a week and add up.
But then I actually don't know your flex level. Haha 😜😊✌

Motivation & Support / Who needs a workout

I'm just curious hhaha, is it like possible to NOT work out at the gym? Like instead at home & running? 😊😜

There are tons of exercises that can be done at home, even without weights, that will likely get you the results you want. The first step is to KNOW what you want from a workout then you can Google exercises that will get you those results. You will be surprised at all the exercises you can do without spending a dime girl.

I'm a cheerleader too, and yes it actually is very hard work. So why wont it be? Not a sport tho.. But it takes gutts' to do the kinda things a cheerleader do and work for. πŸ‘

It can help to do them on a balance ball, I have wrist problems that I could not do normal on the floor one's for quite a while, I can now do them with minimal issues
