About how many sit-ups is it good to do per day? And is it ok to do a small portion like ten and stop and do ten more later?

Oh ok, and how many calories am I suppose to take per day? Sorry I'm new haha. And yes I love fruits I try to make a smoothie every two days. But no I don't like vegetables..

Hi, I just got into this. And I was wondering if anyone has any advice on getting abs? And explaining how to do them? I don't really understand the app yet, can someone explain that also? Thank!

You definitely have to eat clean or the workouts are pointless. Lots of water!! And commitment!! During a tv show do some workouts!! Follow ppl on here watch the workouts they do and then do them yourself good lick :)

I am a really picky eater.. so what would.you consider good food? But not like salads and stuff like that?

Stay away from processed junk food. If that happens to be the stuff you like then you'll need to retrain your body to want healthy whole foods like lean protein, whole grain, fruits and vegetables.
