Workouts and Programs / Workout day 1

Well, if TOMORROW you feel like today you could have done more, do more tomorrow! Just add slowly. It's better to progress slowly than overdo it and quit, get injured or lose motivation!
What I don't like about Skimble is that you never know how intense/hard a new workout will be. Always guessing... But if you find some nice five/ten/fifteen minutes workouts you can always add those if you feel like doing a bit more!

Yeah I Just started this app yesterday because I have always had a problem with keeping focused. I like how the trainer reminds you and talks to you.

I think you can tell them that it's not that easy for a girl to get BIG :) Anyway, I hate running, so people worshiping treadmill usually don't get in my way when I'm at the gym, that is a positive side :)

Well, I don't have a weight problem, so I dont try and loose, just build muscle mainly. Also men that are afraid of strong women are just weak themselves :) I have found a boyfriend who isn't intimidated by strength

Just don't go overboard with slimming! Most people don't like extremes like too fat or too skinny an for a reason. I think many will agree that sexy look = healthy look and vice versa! If you don't feel healthy, something is wrong, be it diet, exercise or rest. So go easy and have fun with it! Nice day to you! ;)

Many things. Motivational pics or workout videos work best for me. During workout music helps to push harder when body just don't want to 💪 Important thing is to grab that feeling and hold on to it!
I looked at your pics and I think I should tell you that you have a body that is a "goal body" for MANY girls! I don't know what is your goal but you should appreciate the body you already have! Remember that everybody is different and most people that are superfit in pictures don't look like that every day. You can get a perfect sixpack for a photoshoot but is it worth maintaining it the whole time? ✌

Men's Locker Room / BOYS ONLY.

I like tall girls, but that is not that important. Besides, that is the only criteria listed, that can't be changed. Sometimes fun size girls are... more fun?
Girl with curves, definitely! Skinny isn't healthy and neither is fat! And boys who like girls that look like boys... I've got news for you! ;)
Which part of a girl I notice first depends on what I see first, breasts or butt ;) But for long lasting interest face is most important to me. And by that I mean actual face, not tons of makeup!
Long hair generally. But again, what suits best for one person, might not work for another.
Personality and body. People judge others by appearance first, then they might get to know personality as well. It's not shallow, it's just how it works. We are visual creatures. Nobody will buy a house that looks like dump on the outside, even if inside looks incredible. Oh and people that tend to show their personality usually are crap once you get to know them.
One more criteria you forgot to mention - smart, not dumb girls. Some girls play dumb to attract guys. Can you guess what guys are attracted to dumb girls? That's right, dumb guys who need someone dumber than themselves to feel superior. Do you need a guy like that? I don't think so...

I think I've found my favourite lower body workout - Quad Squad. Makes my muscles beg for mercy :) Still looking for a good upper body workout. Any suggestions?

Healthy curvy, if you know what I mean. But if a girl is not just slim, but also fit, it's just as good. Skinny girls that don't eat and don't excersise are not beautiful.

Teen Zone / Suicide

Suicide is never a solution. It might seem like an option but it's never a good one. Life is hard and unfair but there's always literally millions of people that have worse situation but don't give up. So why should you? Don't give up, get up and do what you can! What I've learned (the hard way) is that you shouldn't worry about things you can't change and change things you can. Sounds simple, doesn't it? But it works!
By the way, if you're seeking support, you have some hope left, whatever your situation is. That is the good part. Bad part is that you are looking for it online, which is not the best place to look. Talk to someone you know and trust. Someone who can give you a real hug and a shoulder to lean on. Virtual support might be good, but real human interaction will be much much better!

Feedback / Just a thought...

I think that WT would benefit from a simple feature - sorting workouts. By popularity [likes], newest/oldest first. And most useful, but little more advanced - gaining popularity. If here's a new workout that is getting more likes than ones that have been around, I would like to try it out!

Sorting by popularity helps people to see most popular workouts, those that have been user-approved. Newest first is for people that want all the newest stuff. They have the newest phone, new shoes every week, new everything... You get the picture ;) Oldest first - to see the first exercises ever, like, 1994... :D Just kidding, WT isn't that old :) And I explained the last one already...

So... I would like to hear what app creators think about this as well as fellow users... Thank you and have a good workout!

Challenges / 10 push ups every day for 10 days

Sorry Mike, didn't mean to discourage anyone who struggles with 10 pushups. I just don't think people who can't do 10 because of obesity should start with a proper diet and long walks, not pushups. Just an opinion!

Weight Loss / Belly fat

There's no such thing as belly fat, ass fast or hips fat. It's all fat. You can get rid of it all or keep it all. Biggest lie in weight loss is that you can get rid of fat in certain places whilst keeping it somewhere else. Only liposuction works that way. If you lose some fat from your belly, you lose some from hips, ass and boobs as well! Sorry, but that's a fact! 😱

Coz same thng hppnd wid me also I worked out wid sore throat nd aftr doin treadmill I cudnt b able to breath nd I took rest fr mire 4 dayz....so nw it's ur wish

There are a number of ways to stay on track, but you should find what works better for you!
* Find a friend to work out with, IRL or here
* Make a schedule of workouts and STICK TO IT!
* Post your intention to do a workout, before you do it. Remember, Skimble/Facebook/Twitter will shake head if you will not stick to your promise! 😺
* Look at some motivational pictures. It may sound silly, but if it works for me, it should work for you! 😜
* Make a deal with yourself - you can have that piece of chocolate, but later or maybe before that you MUST work out!
* Track your progress. Take pictures, measure your weight or waist, whatever your goal is, seeing even a little progress can be a HUGE motivation!
* Take a little time to think about your goal, why are you doing this. Ask yourself, what do you want more - that cheeseburger you want now or to look and feel like you wanted for YEARS?

I hope this helps! Try combining those and other methods, find out what works best for you and remember to have fun! 😉

30 Somethings / Anyone over 30 who DOESN'T have kids?

Oh yes, seems like everyone forgets that there are other things than kids, when becoming a parent. I'm 31 and even my 20+ friends have kids... I guess I don't feel ready yet... Still want to enjoy some selfish life! 😺

Health Conditions / Working out while sick

Hey guys! Do you ever work out when feeling a bit sick? I have a sore throat but wanted to do a workout... Hot room, hot shower afterward, don't feel any worse... And I'm planning to do 1,5 h / 1000 cal workout tomorrow! What do you think about that? Should I do it or better stay in bed with a cup of hot beverage? :)
