Hey guys... its amazing some of you are doing this but i cant seem to keep creating workouts because i dont have the pro version of this app.... sorry guys :(

Yeah you only can create 3 workouts, otherwise you have to get pro.. it sucks hu ;-))

Okay so I wanted a workout buddy but instead of just one person joining me I want lots of people doing this with me for a month! After that I will he doing a summer gym boot camp. Tonight i will post a workout for tomorrow with the the title: Workout buddies day 1

Nope im making new workouts for each day.... It is kind of a mix of the two since you really should have strength and cardio excersizes in a week

🙍 I have been eating super healthy like no junk food except for fridays, but at dinner time i tend to have way too much... like today i had a lettuce wrap with fish and avacados and cucumbers and corn on the cob on the side. Then i went for some roated chickpeas and then watermellon and then more roasted chickpeas! I felt bad so i did an ab excersive on this website i found. Any help for portion control?

eat slowly! It takes your body 20 minutes to recognize that it is satisfied! Come on keep your head up, you're doing it great! :)

So I am eating super healthy but getting kind of bored of the same old stuff... i have been trying out new recipes but some of them are discusting (like the healthy pizza recipe with cauliflower as Crust.... yuck!) Anyone have any suggestions? Thank you!

Diet & Nutrition / HEALTHY ICE CREAM COOKIE!!

Slice 1 banana in chips and pop them in the freezer. While they are in the freezer put a cup of oats in a food proccesor, until they are finely chopped. Take a ripe banana again and put it in with the oats, blend. Pop it in a bowl and mix with your hands.when you can not see the banana chunks anymore you are done. Now take the cookie mix and put it on a non stick baking pan. Put your oven on 350 degrees and pop the cookies in there for 15 minutes! Then take the frozen bananas in the freezer and put them in the food processor. (You can add flavouring to the icecream!!!) When it is done plop them on the cookies and there you go!! CLEAN AND SO GOOD!

Chop 1 banana in chips and freeze it for around 12 hours. When you want some icecream just pop it in the blender for a little bit and there you go!

For one person mash up 1/2 a banana and 1 egg.. it is a little plain so put some natural peanut butter or maple syrup. ITS SO GOOD!

Help / How much should I be working out?

I run 4-6k three times a week and have a hour strength workout in between those days with a rest on sunday.... just wanted to know if this is an okay workout plan. Eating super healthy everyday btw:') thanks for reading and please respond!
