Women's Locker Room / OMG

I would love that. I do work a lot though, schedule crazy so I go around my hours and pkus my gym is 24 hours. Like now I am about to get ready for work.

Whenever you have some free time...like 5 minutes, do your squats. Mine only take about 3 minutes, so far.

I haven't been working out like I should. I kind of gave up. I've been eating like a pregnant chick and not working out. I haven't seen a weight gain yet but I know it is going to attack me hard. So this morning Friday I am starting back up again. Yay me!!!! I need to do the squat challenge again. Yikes

Good for you. Don't worry about what you have not done in the recent past , just concentrate on what you need to do in the present to achieve your goals. Good luck and hope you achieve all your goals

Motivation & Support / Am I overtraining?

Well I definitely think you should get that checked out. And maybe do a couple light workouts from time to time sounds like your doing a little too much. But first definitely get checked and maybe a massage ;-)

Motivation & Support / 30 day squat challenge?

I do a lot of zumba.... but its very hard for me to get to 100.

Try doing them in sets with 30second or 1minute breaks in between. This gives you a chance to rest amd then go all out for the next set! :)

Pris.. Just do with breaks like 90 sec squats and then rest and alter the types like regular squats, prisoner etc.. Try my squat at home or gym workout.. You can find in my profile..

I want to tone up... I lost too much weight and that was not my intention. Where do I sign up?💪

lolz Just start doing them and let us know your progress. :) You should check out the plank challenge if you haven't already too. It's great for your core and arms!

Ur welcome! That's the awesome thing about this app. We r all here to accomplish goals and they may not all b the same but we encourage each other because we all need motivation. Ur gonna do great, now get those thighs and buns to burning..LOL! :)
