Six small meals a day just isnt working for me i cant keep up so i think im going to stick with three meals a day and try to eat my.last meal before 7pm

Body Building / Build mucle

Any idea on wat to eat to build mucle right now im eating loads of rice beans and potato eggs lots of veggies i do an hour of cardio and an hour of resistance bands

Sounds like you are eating too much carbs and not enough protein. You need to lift some weights miss :-)
