You should be able to find a basic meal plan on the internet (try bodybuilding.com)
You might have to adapt it to your lifestyle though so remember to factor in things like food cost.

If you have access to a gym feel free to use my workout plans. As for gaining due to your light weight I recommend looking at clean bulking plans.

Body Building / Competitions

I've gone for about 6 months solid at the gym but I did other sports before.
As for workouts I have my main full body one and I just add additional workouts to muscles that i feel need more work.

Original I know haha, but it's mainly just eating right and training hard.

Body Building / Skinny legs syndrome

Start small weights and lots of reps, then work your way up with the weights for lunges.

I stick to a 30kg bar over the neck as it improves your balance and uses more muscles aswell.

I do the rapid fire obliques in addition to my normal program and ive found it has made some difference

Plenty of protein and next to zero fat

I will just eat tuna straight out if the can lol well, after I rinse it anyways. I don't like how salty it is.

Should I try for bodybuilding comps?
Im 16 years old and am unsure whether to take my training to the next level, right now I've just been keeping my body in shape and maintaining muscle. If anyone on here does comps can you give me a few tips and share your experiences?
