Men's Locker Room / Pull ups

I started with one pull-up,rested 30-45 seconds,then did 1 pull-up and rested 30-45 seconds. I made sure it was a good pull-up then just did one. First 3 sets,then 5 sets then 10 sets. I was lazy but I stuck with it. It took a while, like 5-6 weeks but finally I can do 8-10 GOOD pull-ups. I'm saying, do what u can and build from there.

Motivation & Support / Anyone diabetic

I'm a type 2 diabetic,it's been a struggle but I've toned up and slimmed down ALOT.... It takes time and consistency and steady effort. For me I've found that variety in my exercise has been very effective. This site is very practical and effective for different programs,so delve into it and explore. Look me up,and let's motivate each other to continue.....

Women's Locker Room / Anyone 35 yrs old or older???

Way past 35,feeling good nowadays. Made a lot of progress physically still have more to get. It gets no easier tho. So, I have get smarter and work harder I see. Good things take time I've learned.

Nifty 50 Somethings / Lol

Yes....feels good to be this age and FEEL good. Basically my idea is to progress gracefully and stronger but it's never easy for something good. So chin up chest out!!!
