Welcome Wagon / When is the great time to workout morning or evening?

It really depends on your body. Although working out first thing in the morning kick starts your metabolism and gets you moving into the right direction, the best time to workout is actually when your energy is at its peak. Some people workout in the morning but are tired and sluggish and don't have effective workouts. The same goes for the evening crowd after work. So the best time to train is when your energy is at its highest.

Diet & Nutrition / Protein

Depends on your individual goal. Its recommend for weight loss youd want to consume less then a gram per body weight. Aim for .5-.8g of protein per lbs. No higher then that.

No better push then the one you give yourself when you see progress in your fitness journey. Keep a fitness log and jot down what you dk review it every two weeks and you'll see where you've imporved and where you can use more work. Stay self motivated.

Theres no good time to workout, you workout when your energy is as its highest to have the most effective workout possible. Everyone is different some wake up super energiZed and some don't. It depends on you.

Weight Loss / CALORIE COUNT

First you need to find what is your daily calorie intake. Find our your bmr using the harris Benedict equation online then multiply that by the level of activity in the guildline. Once you find out what your intake should be subtract 600 calories from it. That will let you know how much to eat.

Weight Loss / Eating healthier vs Counting calories

You can lose weight without having to count calories IF you switch to a plant based diet. Vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, legumes. Vegetables and fruits are high in micronutrients (minerals, vitamins, phytonutrients) and really low in macronutrients (calories-fats, proteins, carbohydrates) focus on more unrefined goods and you'll lose weight w.o counting calories.

Depends on your fitness goal, but the best way to live a healthier lifestyle is by eating unrefined foods. Nothing made in a factory is good for you. Try and consume vegetables and fruits those are high in micronutrients and low in MACRONUTRIENTS so its super beneficial towards a healthier life.
