Weight Loss / Healthy drinks????

Water (obvi haha), Polar seltzer water (they come in a bunch of flavors and they're all 0cal), and coconut water is also super healthy for you :) And if you don't like plain water for whatever reason add tons of ice cubes to make it cold and then add either some lemon, lime, or cucumber (I know kinda weird but surprisingly tastes wicked refreshing). Idk if you know this but the colder your water is the more cals you burn because your body has to warm it up to your natural temp. So thats def a plus. I hope this helps! I'm prob the most annoying chick on this site cuz I write essays blabbing about useless shit lol😳 So I'm sorry in advance! xoxo

Oh and one more thing and then I'll leave you alone I promise haha! But green tea is like one of the best things you can drink next to water. It has like a million awesome benefits and my personal fav is that it helps boost your metabolism and loose weight :)

Bob Marley!!! I love listening to Three Little Birds, Jamming, and No Woman No Cry when I'm running. He has such a positive message and he's wicked chill but up beat enough for a work out. I also like listening to old school Micheal Jackson too :)

Help / IS PRO ACTUALLY BETTER?

My life motto goes like "If it's free it's for me" lol so fuck going pro. I would just work this app for all the free shit cuz theres a lot of it and the free workouts are pretty good. I personally think that spending money in order to stay in shape and be healthy is one of the biggest scams there are. But do what you want lol this is just my opinion :) xoxo

Women's Locker Room / Yoga pants: Too sexy/distracting?

Pshhhh guys get a hard on over everything. I mean back in the old days it was considered slutty to show your ankles! So no matter what boys will always find someting to drool over. And thats okay because boys can't really  help it, its all those hormones haha. Hormomes make everyone act crazy. I think the focus shouldnt be on the clothes or the shape of a female's body but should be on how we react to male/female's bodies. Theres appropriate responses and inappropriate responses. What I'm trying to get at is we need more manners and respect taught to our kids/teens. I'm sick and tired of girls always having to cover up their bodies bc its "too sexual". Its 2013 ppl lets fucking EVOLVE. I think there are waaaaay bigger fish to fry in terms of social/moral issues. Sorry I'm just a crazy tree hugging bra burning hippie going on a rant. Diet & Nutrition / What diet do you follow?

I dont really follow a "diet" but I am gluten free and vegan. I've been a vegetarian since I was 11yrs old and I'm 24 now. Every once in a while I will cleanse with lemon and water or I will go on a raw food jag. But only for a week or two at a time, nothing too crazy lol. I think diets are traps because once you are off them thats when you fall back into your old ways and gain weight. Just eat more fruits and veggies, work out a few days a week, drink lots of water, and always try to do your best☺ Xoxo
