Ive never understood th u got to lov urself before u lov others quote...whn we really lov someone it is selfless its unconditional real love doesn't care about flaws and faults real lov loves regardless of rejection or hurts or abandonments Gods word tells us to lov our neighbor as we lov ourself ths wasn't telling us tht in order to lov we must lov ourselves but pointing out th natural tendencies of th human race we naturally care first about ourselves...its th old wat about me syndrome look at wat i am going through look at me tendencies....but God...

Work on ur rear deltoids. Go to therapy once learn routine and then do it urself save money

Work on scapular stabilization exercises. Focus on your rhomboids/middle trapezius muscles(the muscles between your shoulder blades). Also work on your lower trapezius muscle, and serrates they all work on stabilizing your shoulder as you move. Some of my favorites are W I T and Y(you lye on you stomach or a work out bench and make the different letters with your arms. You can use weights but go very light as the muscle groups are small and will fatigue quickly.

Yo I have worked out once since summer. That was last week. Nobody in my fam will workout. My belly is getting teased again. I want to show them I can do it. Somebody has push me to do at least a 15 min workout. HELP

Start small- the great thing about this app is that there are 5 minute workouts...start with one and I guarantee you'll want to do more!

Weight Loss / trying to have a hourglass stomach

Workin with a ball for sit ups and obliques. Also doing cardio can reduce fat in those areas. B blessed.
