Teen Zone / Newbie: Trembling when exercising?

It is probably due to the fact your muscles aren't used to working how they are working. Increase the amount of protein you are eating to ensure your muscles are being fed and have the ability to repair also ensure you warm up and cool down first😊

Health Conditions / Sick

Head cold, body aches, aunt flow and studying for exams... Exercise is the last thing on my mind... Cause of my sore throat due to the flu im trying to fit as much nutrients into soup... The only thing I can handle with my throat... Paraboid I'll put weight on not a good health week

Motivation & Support / 😻

I forgot just how wonderful exercise and clean eating made me feel. I suffer from depression, anxiety and PTSD and have had bulimia. Since falling pregnant in 2010 the only times I have taken medication have been when I have no been exercising, and eating right... Just my jog today... I can feel the goodness pumping through my body, and im smiling... So for those who suffer from mental illness run your arse off, it's soooo amazing to feel this good. This is me. The top picture was June 2012, the bottom December 2012. I thought I was too damaged and too depressed to even be bothered going for a walk, but that first day I pushed myself I should have never stopped. So this is me deciding to never stop pushing again I know what I am capable of. Hopefully I can motivate someone else

Welcome Wagon / First day 😻

My first day on this app and wow I love it 😻 not only a variety of plans for different levels and target areas but somewhere to chat with others with similar goals! I'm 24 and in 2012 in 5 months I lost 36 kilos... After my divorce in 2013 I put nearly all of it back on. Time to get back to fitness, at 103.6 kilos my first goal is to get down to 99.9 kilos by Nov 1. Im really excited 😻 hope you guys have a lovely and safe day x

Thanks hun :) since putting the weight back on I realise just how good my lifestyle was when I was loosing/ maintaining my weight...definitely in a better head space now and with my daughter going to big school next year I will have more time... So im taking the end of this year to go nice and slow and ease my muscles and body back into it and detox my body from smoking etc :) so excited!
