Motivation & Support / I work out because...

I workout because it releases endorphins that boost my mood and makes me happy. Also i have a disease that prevents me from working out but i do anyways! The more i fight it the better i feel:)  😄

You guys are too young to worry about your bodiesJust make sure your getting 90 mins of exercise a day and eating healthy. Get into good habits not constanly worrying about your body. You'll be fine, i was chubby when i was about 13 weighing 149 now im only 117 and just started working out to tone out. Your body is still devoloping stop worrying••  laura lee waters <3<3

My personal option would be the art of exersise freebie.  It's a imtense workout and makes you sweat a lot!

Weight Loss / October challenge

My goal is to drink nothing but water' that means no pop, juice ect. I did it before and lost 13 pounds:) but this time i will be working out daily. 😺 goodluck with all your october goals!
