Weight Loss / Is it better to workout when you wake up..Or b4 you fall asleep?

Doing a nice intense workout in the morning will jumpstart your metabolism and keep you burning at a higher rate for the rest of the day. Doing a workout at the end of the day can help some people unwind and relax. It's mostly a personal preference thing. I work out in the morning.

Hi there, why don't you start by telling us a little about yourself. What motivated you to want to make this lifestyle change? What is one of your goals you are working toward? What sort of activities do you do? Are you indoors mostly, or do you enjoy the outdoors? What are some typical foods that you eat on a regular basis?
