Anne, it looks like the best option is to sent an email to trainers@skimble.com and tell them specifically what you want to do. The support team is pretty good with these things.  So, I'm not sure who told you to go to Google, but I think you need to speak to an account rep directly.  Good luck!

So, Anne, you're trying to cancel your Pro Account completely or stop being a Paid account?  I ask because I think you can cancel in your settings.  But I'll check further.

Motivation & Support / Slip Disc

Hello Vir S.  I'm so sorry to hear that you are suffering from a slipped disc.  Firstly, I'd like to urge you to take your doctor's advice over everything, first and foremost, because the doctor knows best.  If he or she is advising you not to run, jog or do any kind of jumping or impact movements, it's best to follow that advice for the period they say.  Once your doctor 'clears' you for exercise, then I would suggest basic core training to start, nothing high impact, and those that train your core musculature.  You want to start from the basics of 'Stability and Mobility' training, to strengthen the core and hip muscles, before moving on to movement pattern training.  I offer many programs for core training.  I hope this helps.  Good luck and I hope you get better soon!

Weight Loss / Any Tips for Beginners?

Start with the basics, Stability exercises on the floor to train the Hips, Glutes, Core, about 4 weeks. Next level is Movement Pattern training for efficient functional movements doing basic things like squats, push ups, and lunges and rotational movements, for example. Once you feel comfortable moving in diffent ways and planes of motion, that’s when it’s safe to start working with weights. Also don’t forget to mix in some cardio, about 30 minutes a day, 5 days per week, if you can.
Best Regards,
