Weight Loss / Is this a good workout routine to burn fast and build Muscule

But don't eat a lot make gain weight
I want muscle, but I want to lose weight too.
So wouldn't it be eat right and train hard.

You are not thinking in the right way. If you want more muscles you are always gaining weight. For the simple fact that muscle weigh quite alot. Focus on losing fat instead of weight. It is possible to gain muscle and lose fat. But if you are focussing on gaining muscle you eating has to be according, and that means eating big. Ofcourse also eating right. But the hardest part about bodybuilding/shaping your fysique is the eating. Your training can be great but the eating will decide if you will reach max results.

Monday-push ups,squats,lunges,and tricep dips, 20 minute cardio
Tuesday- 40 minute cardio
Wednesday- repeat Monday
Thursday- repeat Tuesday
Friday- repeat Monday and Wednesday
Saturday- repeat Tuesday
Sunday- rest no exercise
Is this a good routine!
