Motivation & Support / What's your workout routine like?

I workout at night. Monday and then Wed-Fri.

I usually do strength workouts and end with yoga.

Welcome Wagon / Does any one do calesthenics

Make sure you pace yourself and that your also doing the exercise correctly ( you do want to avoid injury!) Make sure to always warm up and cool down!! ( I have days when I forget and it's terrible.)

& um just the usual, keep hydrated.

Go to Google or maybe even on here to find some workouts for beginners. :)

Wow so early! So that's my 10am I can join you with that on Mondays Tuesdays Wednesdays and Saturdays and Sundays depending in which days you do? :)

I don't workout on Sundays since that's the day for my body to rest up. :) I only do Sundays if I skip a day or something comes up to where I can't workout any other day. The other days are fine!

Texas, USA so there's a bit of a time difference but oh well. :) my fiancΓ© is in Japan so I'm use to time differences lol

Oh gosh then yes! My fiance is in sweden, not quite as drastic with distance but I can see where you're coming from! It's almost 5pm here, what is it for you? :) perhaps we can find a time to match to work at the same time :)

It's almost eleven am! I actually just finished working out so I don't mind waking up early in the morning to workout :)

Workout wise? I usuallly do two days dedicated to full body, two days are leg days and the other two days are focused on my upper body. But I always put a ab workout in everyday. :)

Hi! New to the app. Been using it for a few days and I love it! I weighted myself in yesterday and I'm 90.5 pounds πŸ˜“ not so excited about that. my fitness goal is to just gain weight. i've received a few tips but for people who have been on a weight gain journey, what tips do yall have for me?

Eat, eat, eat...get yourself on a calorie surplus if you need help make some smoothies add things that are calorie, protein and carb dense. Ex: milk, oatmeal, peanut butter, omega 3s and some protein powder. Or buy a weight gainer. Concentrate on weight training and drop cardio while you gain weight.
