Okay, so I just found,out I'm pregnant and have been super lazy to work out, and have been cheating on my diet for the past week.. what is safe to do while pregnant? What are ways you stay motivated ,and out of that lethargic mood? Cravings how to subside from them? Also can you lose weight while being pregnant? Sorry it's so long, I just need alot of advice,motivation, and help..thanks everyone.

First of all, "Congratulations!" Second, I was pregnant 5x and maintained my workouts throughout my pregnancies. I can say its tough, and that motivation will come and go. You have to keep a state of mind of staying safe within your pregnancy. Definitely doable! Very important to listen to what "your" body is telling you. First trimester i did everything i was doing before (inluding running and strength routine with weight) till the belly popped out, but even then I found myself running short distance. Walking is very safe option with some light weights as well. Use the elliptical or...

Welcome Wagon / Girls some advice on girl things

I actually like working out while on my period. It helps with the fatigue, bloating, and nasuea big time...i do get sore i just cure that with a hot bath, and heating pads.

I have the same problem. Why? My schedule is all out of wack. In the morning if i don't get breakfast ill eat these bars called Bevita, you can usually get them at the grocery store. They have a ton of different flavors. Each pack has 4 each, and they're pretty decently sized. If i do manage to get breakfast ill scramble some eggs, wheat toast (1 slice)since i'm just starting i use i can't beleive it's not butter. A peice of turkey sausage, and a peice of lean bacon.  I either drink orange juice, cranberry juices, or mint tea. My favorite is Bigelow brand

Welcome Wagon / New Girl

Hey everyone im new to this, and working out 😳. I mean i've done it before but need some serious motivation. I've had 3 kids a boy, and twin girls. The mommy weight is evident 😿. Anyone have any good workout ideas, food tips, grocery list, and receipes, cause I can use all the help i can get! 😺. Also what do you do for when the sweet tooth, and the snack fairy come around?.
