Workouts and Programs / Workouts for Mommies!

Hi everyone! I am currently working on adding several workouts pretty similar to those at www.bikinibodymommy.com. The woman who started the blog lost 100 lbs eating right and exercising. If you have a chance, check out the blog. I will be posting workouts from her 90 Day Challenge and doing them as well. The first days are pretty intense. So if you are interested in keeping up with it as well You can add me and we can post our successes! So far posted

Day 1: Mommy's Challenge Fit Test: Record your reps/ times and post!
Day 2: Mommy's Challenge 1: I have it set up for 4 mins for each exercise, but you will most likely not need that much time.
Day 3: Do a 45 Min brisk cardio activity. Post what you did!

As I post more workouts I will keep everyone informed!

Weight Loss / Personal...

5'4 and 150... wanting to be 125-130.. I am a former Marine and was never over 125 (other than while I was preggo).. even after my 1st kiddo.. After 2nd baby was using Mirena and gained crazy weight... had it removed a month ago and lost 5 lbs w/ out changin a thing!
