Description

This workout is tailored for Timothy "Arthur" Hertweck and conforms to NASM's recommendations for Stage 2 training. This stage will be used throughout in preparation for Cross Country Bike race scheduled in August. FYI: Max Heart Rate (188 bmp); 65% max (145 bpm [Karvonen method]); 75% max (157 bpm); 85% max (170 bpm). Also, it does not matter what bike you use for this as long as you keep the heart rate zones as close as you can.
