Description

Resistance Bands workout, don't forget to warm up before. Some pictures show bands with handles but you can also do it with regular bands - i advise you to make a nod with your bands. I added 5 seconds of transition to allow to always figure out where to put your bands next but if you need less than that already start the following exercise!
