Description

Learn the essential steps towards a handstand in this short tutorial. The goal is to prepare you for a handstand, so don't worry if you don't make it all the way up. Stop at any progressive step that challenges you to play with it. You can also repeat the preceding poses and skip anything that seems too challenging. Awareness and patience are key! You can optionally do this with a buddy and do assisted handstands together.
