Rules of hopscotch: Start at #1 jump over #1 hitting the squares as numbered. When you get back to the 1st square pick up your hopscotch puck and do what is listed for #1. continue all the way to #8. Play for a minimum of 30 minutes. 60 minutes is ideal. List of hopscotch activities are listed below in order. 1st activity is #1 and so forth down the list.
