Description

It's a mix of 3 workouts: military leg & Ab superset, Ab Bootcamp, and casual abs. I also added some exercises that weren't in any of these workouts! the exercises aren't just for abs but they are mostly. The exercises are kind-a easy but please take breaks If you need to and drink lots of water after the workout!!!!!
