Description

If you have RSI these exercises can help. Remember however that eliminating the cause for RSI will do much more for you than anything else. You can repeat this several times a day. If anything causes a lot of pain, never exercise through pain and skip that exercise. A bit of discomfort is okay during rehab, but outright pain isn't.
