Description

Enjoy this fun workout! Warm up with 2 minutes of jumping, some push-ups, and full body stretches. In set one do 50 jumps in the 50 seconds provided. Complete ten reps of Russian twists on each side. In the second set complete 20 double unders in 50 seconds.
