Siphiwe Baleka, America's Fittest Trucker, has designed this workout to build the 4 Minute Fit movement for the National Truck Driver Appreciation and Wellness Week (NTDAWW). To start the annual event, September 8th is designated as National 4 Minute Fit Day. Follow this workout OR do ANY bodyweight movement that you can do with maximum intensity for 4 minutes.
