One Legged Balance Test

How stable are you? See if you can keep your balance on one leg for 2 minutes each! In this "one-leg balance" (OLB) test, you are allowed to hold in a quad stretch pose, hold with your leg up about 6 inches or *gasp* hop around. However, if you find yourself with both legs on the ground during the holding periods, stop the workout and try again later!
