Thank you. I guess I didn't realize others could do my workouts or I would have spent more time making it user friendly. I should have explained that you keep your speed at 3 at all times if your treadmill has a 15% incline otherwise increase the speed by .1 when you have reached your max incline on the treadmill you are working on until you reach a 15%.
