Description

Every morning I wake up to my INSANITY workouts with Shaun T. And the warm-ups have me sweating right away. The warm-up is a good workout all on it's own: be sure to start off at a good pace and increase the speed of each move each round. ( these moves are NOT my moves; they are Insanity's)
