Carefully swing a single k-bell of a comfortable weight. "Comfortable" does NOT necessarily mean lightweight. Just a weight that you can do reps PROPERLY. INJURY IS NOT our goal. #JustSaying -- Equal number of swings on both left and right sides. Always. Or do as two-handed swings.
