Description

Quick fix 6 circuit. With a BB (barbell) find a weight that u can barley get 12 reps on u'r overhead press. Then decrease to 6reps for all BB exercise's in the circuit Except for the first & last exercise for 8reps. Push-ups & chin-ups are 20 & 10
