Description

Tabata with various pushup techniques. Including warmup and stretch. Keep your tabata number as high as possible. Your tabata number is the lowest amount of reps during the pushup intervals. The handstanding pushup can be replaced with a declined L-Pushup. Put your feets on a box or table high enough to get your upper body in a vertical face down position. Recommended Equipment: A wall.
