Description

This is extremely hard and draining cardio workout. You should totaly give your all. Last rounds you may want to quit but thats the point you start pushing even harder, once you are finished you will feel the satisfaction for giving your all to it! Try to aim doing atleast 8 burpees each set. Preferably over 10. And no resting while boxing. 100 hard hits each round and you are good. Workout from www.bodybuilding.com/fun/rossboxing2.htm
